It’s wild that elected officials and regular people are being targeted just for protesting or criticizing the government. Stuff like this totally undermines the rule of law and sets a dangerous precedent for political freedoms in Turkey. I wish more democracies would actually speak up and put some pressure on Erdoğan’s government to respect basic rights.
